Open your plan
Open Train and choose the guided view from the view control in the header. Your current workout appears first. A programme may also show its block and week.
Open the workout to review the exercises before starting. The plan gives you a structure; your completed workout records the sets you actually perform.
Look ahead
Press Up next to open upcoming workouts. The list identifies the current workout and lets you view later sessions. This is useful for checking which equipment you will need before arriving at the gym.
You do not have to remember which session follows the one you last completed. Return to the guided view when you are ready to continue.
Make a change deliberately
Use the workout’s menu to edit it or make a copy. A copy can live in My workouts without replacing the guided sequence.
If you substitute an exercise while training, check the finish review before updating the saved workout. A temporary change because a machine was occupied does not necessarily belong in every future session. See changing an exercise.
Skip is different from complete
The workout menu includes a skip option for a scheduled session. Read the confirmation: a skipped workout does not count as completed.
If you only need a rest day, you can leave the current session ready for later. You do not need to mark it complete or create empty sets to keep the plan moving.
If the plan does not appear
Keep the app connected while the exercise catalogue and account data load. Use the displayed retry control if preparation or loading failed. Avoid creating duplicate copies while the original is still loading.
If retrying does not resolve it, contact admin@gorivo.co.uk with the message you see and whether you use iOS or Android. Do not include your password.
